RAIN, AT TIMES HEAVY, IS EXPECTED ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO SATURDAY NIGHT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 30 TO 50 MM ARE LIKELY BY SUNDAY MORNING. ISOLATED EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WHICH COULD RESULT IN LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS. THE RAIN IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF SUNDAY MORNING. THIS RAINFALL IS ASSOCIATED WITH A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM THAT IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP OVER THE U.S. PLAINS AND THEN TRACK THROUGH NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO SATURDAY NIGHT.
