The Ministry of Energy is holding a public consultation on the next Long-Term Energy Plan (LTEP) in Sault Ste. Marie on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. This public consultation will take place at Algoma’s Water Tower Inn from 6 to 8 p.m.
The ministry of Energy recognizes that Ontario’s energy use has changed – homes, businesses, and industry are becoming more efficient. Advances in technology and renewable sources are also creating change. The Ontario Government is asking for the public’s input to help develop the province’s next LTEP. To help interested people prepare for this consultation process, there is a discussion guide for LTEP available.
