Winter Weather Travel Advisory in effect for today and tonight. Bands of lake effect snow could affect road conditions and visibilities.

Bands of lake effect snow off of Lake Superior are affecting the regions. Snow accumulation on roads, along with locally poor visibilities due to a combination of snow and blowing snow could have an impact on driving conditions.

Accumulating snow could make travel difficult in some locations. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.

Local snowfall amounts up to about 10 cm are possible.

Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to ec.cpio-tempetes-os[email protected] or tweet reports to #ONStorm.
