When you can’t see…

Although snow squalls were called for, and by early evening it was quite apparent that Wawa was smack dab in the middle of a storm. The snow started coming down, heavier and heavier. Then the wind decided to get into the act, and blow it all around. In the space of half an hour, you couldn’t see anything just driving in town. Out on the highway it was much worse.

In fact, this snow plow got caught up in a zero visibility spot, and ended up into the ditch. Thankfully, no one was hurt.

It wasn’t until several hours later, when the weather had cleared up, that Lamon Motors was able to pull the plow out.

The tow took part in two stages. The first once the cables were hooked up was to pull it to the highway. After Derek Lamon had the tow truck repositioned, the plow was pulled up onto the highway; and was driven away.
