(BLIND RIVER, ON)- On October 25, 2017, shortly after 4:00 p.m., members from the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment responded to a complaint where a male was hit with a small steel ball on Woodward Avenue in the Town of Blind River.
