Here’s a look at the Canada Day Celebrations taking place around Algoma.
It’s a three day affair in Wawa. The Wawa Music Festival kicks off the celebrations Friday at 6pm. The festival features 30 performers on 5 stages over the three days.
Saturday June 30th The Broadway Street Fair takes place from 11am to 3pm. The Fair features,vendors crafts, and games, along with the live music. For more info click here.
Richards Landing Tractor Trot Parade and Pancake Breakfast tales place from 8am-12pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall. The Tractors begin to roll at 9am, tractors will be on display following the parade In the Legion parking lot. Click here for all the details.
Blind River’s Opening celebrations get under way at the Blind River Marina at 12pm. The Race begins at 1pm. Fireworks will take place at dusk.Click here for details.
Celebrations in Thessalon take place at Lakeside Park between 11am and 1pm. There be children’s games, music, BBQ, and the Balloon Man. Click here for details.
