Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police are looking for the public’s assistance in solving several break and enters and thefts.
On January 19, 2019 members from the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police Detachment responded to a complaint of a break and enter on Nils Bay Road, Kars Township.
During the investigation, OPP Officers received several complaints of break and enters in the same area.
Approximately 5 residential homes were broke into causing major damage to the exterior and interior of the home.
The unknown suspects removed several items during the incidents, including the following:
- A Yellow 2003 Polaris Four Wheeler
- A 2017 Yamaha Outboar Engine
- A Sthl Chainsaw
- Several Atv Helmets
- A Solar Panel
- A Cooey Pellet Rifle
- Bushnell Binoculars
Police believe the same suspects were involved in all the break and enters in this area.
