strengthening families in Algoma. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our commitment to
serving you is unwavering. We remain inclusive and during this pandemic, we are committed
to working with openness and respect.

Anyone who has a concern about the safety or well-being of a child or youth under 18 should
immediately call us at 705-949-0162 or toll free 1-888-414-3571 and a trained professional

will be posted on our webpage:

We are making all of our decisions in keeping with the best evidence available and the
advice of Public Health Ontario and Algoma Public Health. Every day, we are monitoring for
updates and making any adjustments to our services as needed. At the Children’s Aid
Society of Algoma we have made some modifications to how we work and deliver our
services. Our main goal is to set up systems that will help prevent the spread of the virus by
limiting close face-to-face contact where we can.

This is an unprecedented time. We are doing our utmost to serve the community. We will
keep you up to date with any further changes. Please continue to check our webpage

Thank you for your patience.
