Maamwesying: Health and Wellness through COVID

Our talk on health and wellness through COVID with Patricia Toulouse and Cynthia McCutcheon continues!

Cynthia McCutcheon is the health educator and promoter for the Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services.  Maamwesying in Ojibway means “the act of working as one”.  Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services provides accessible, quality, culturally safe, and holistic health care that supports and enhances the wellness of individuals, families and communities.

Cynthia tells SaultOnline how they have adapted their Aanjichigewin Health programming in times of COVID to continue to connect with the community.  All workshops are posted on their Facebook page and are a great health and wellness resource for the community.
